Here’s how we help our Clients

  • Phones/Scheduling – USA and Canada Only
      • We don’t just “answer the phone” we connect, we listen, we provide information, we book

  • Backup/Rollover for Phones – USA and Canada Only
    • Maybe you don’t need a full-time scheduler, but don’t want to miss calls/emails.
    • Maybe you handle your own phones, but need just a little extra help?
    • Here is the ANSWER!
      • Up to 3 hours per month. (there is a 2 hr min)
      • The Intake Coordinator (IC) jumps in daily when your in-house admin is on or away from her phone, vacations, and/or sick days.
      • If more than 3 hours are clocked for the month, it is billed hourly.
      • The IC will let you know if the 3 hours are used and if there are still days in the month left.
      • You decide if you want the IC to continue (creating an overage for the month) or wait to jump in again until the next month’s package is in effect.
      • We have a few clients doing this and they love it!
