FRANCES J. HARVEY, MCPC, CPC
FOUNDER AND CEO, ONLINE PRACTICE BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT COACH
Being in the mental health field for nearly 20 years, I know the business of private practice!
My gift of encouragement, listening, and helping others comes naturally. My passion is to see clinicians live the life that was purposed for them and assist them in their practice as a Strategic Business Manager.
I have been coaching for years and have a gift to meet those I work with where they are and customize the relationship so it works for them!
In 2013 I made it official and obtained my certification as a Professional Certified Coach. I then went on to earn the Master Certified Professional Coach level and continue learning and growing to better serve my clients.
My passion is to be part of assisting others in finding and attaining their goals in life and business and watching them grow and thrive.
As the Director of one of the largest professional counseling centers in Southern California, I know what it takes to create and run a successful private practice or group center – and having the right support team is an important key. I have provided mental health therapists professional services for over 17 years. Having been in the mental health field for a long time, I know the support and care clinicians need and want to maintain, grow, and thrive in their private practice. Understanding the importance of the business component to private practice and being successful is critical.
I have been married for 40 years to my best friend, business partner, father of our two sons, and “Opa” to our granddaughter. We enjoy traveling, camping, and being with family and friends. And… I LOVE LOVE LOVE PURPLE!!!!!!!!!!

ROLLIE HARVEY, III
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHEIF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Rollie has been a part of the vision, decision-making, and growth even before the birth of My Solution Services, Inc.
As the husband, partner, first supporter, and biggest fan of Frances, he has been there in the background all along.
Rollie officially joined the team in the summer of 2019 as a full-time active partner, VP, and CFO. Rollie even changes the toilet paper, empties the trash, mops the floor and vacuums – now THAT’s a servant’s heart!
He has been running businesses since he was a young boy at his father's self own gas station, working when not at school. And then again in the late ’70s running his father's successful automotive shop. He has studied architecture, designed and set up stores and has owned several businesses for 15 years, so he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills, patience and a gentle spirit to MSS.
His love of numbers and attention to detail gives him the title of CFO - which is awesome, cause Frances doesn't like doing that part of the business!
He retired in July of 2019 from his 20 year career with the city to bring all of his mad skills of entrepreneurship, love of numbers, gentle spirit, and his huge grin to form this incredible husband and wife team of 40 years to serve and support mental health professionals around the world. He is passionate and will always go the extra mile.
When Rollie is not working, he and Frances hang out on FaceTime with their granddaughter Lilly Mae who lives in Germany, they love traveling (to Germany to see Lilly Mae) or relaxing at home with their 2 rescue furs – Roxie, and Chloe! He semi-shares Frances' passion and love for gardening and they enjoy having folks over for fun to share the wealth.
Sunday afternoon is easy to find him as he is a huge NASCAR fan and you can be sure you will find him watching the races!
EVELYN CAMPOS
INTAKE MANAGER, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Evelyn has always known she wanted to do something to help others. She is the person to encourage her friends and family members to see the bright side in any situation. She's the encourager for "Good Vibes".
Evelyn strives to live her motto: Be the reason someone smiles today.
Her keen sense can pick up on your 'vibe' as soon as you walk in the room and immediately she goes to her caring mode if you seem to be having a challenging day.
Evelyn has an extensive background with years in customer service and management duties. Through these experiences, she provides high-quality service with a positive attitude. She has a heart for those who are hurting and will take the extra time to ensure they receive the help they need. Having her on the team is an absolute game-changer and a true asset. We could NOT do this without her.
Evelyn enjoys time with her husband, son, and Mr. Noodles - the family 'wiener' dog...if you ask her, she will be happy to show you a picture. She loves being creative, and working out so she can have that extra slice of pizza!
JILLIEN GOODE, CPC
ADMIN SPECIALIST, HIPAA CERTIFIED
illien has an extensive background in office administration, executive assistant positions, and customer service. She is currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Business and is a Certified Professional Coder in medical billing.
She has an innate desire for relationship building and a willingness to lend a helping hand. Jillien is a great listener and has been told she has a calming nature and is very welcoming. She is passionate about being a servant and volunteers at the local library, animal shelter, and other organizations in her community.
Jillien enjoys watching movies, writing, doing crafts, and spending time with her two children, family, and friends. Her additional family member includes a dog and three turtles.
Her philosophy is - to never stop learning, practice positivity, and remember to enjoy the blessings of life.
EMILY ROBERTS, B.A.
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES/SET UP, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Emily has been told she was a “people person” her whole life.
She enjoys working with and helping anyone she encounters. Emily has a degree in both community studies and victimology, graduating an honors student with each degree.
Emily studied in Europe with the World Society of Victimology.
She carries a Bachelor's in Human Services and continues her education. Emily spent a few years working the social service field at a homeless shelter as a support worker and with a crisis center as a women’s advocate.
She is originally from Ottawa, Canada, and now lives on the Hawaiian Islands with her husband, son, and a baby on the way.
Her compassion, desire to help others, skills, and experience bring a wealth of support to our clients.
When Emily is not volunteering, she is exploring the incredible outdoors, walking her two dogs, and spending time with friends and family. Emily feels blessed to be a part of our team. We feel the same and we are grateful for her!
RAIN VINCENT, M.S
BOOKEEPING SERVICES, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Rain has a passion for accounting and bookkeeping. She thrives on helping business owners organize their financial data and have accurate, timely information about the progress of their ventures.
She brings over 20 years of experience and teaching in the accounting field, multiple certifications, and strong knowledge of the family of QuickBooks products.
Rain is a Certified Professional Advisor for QuickBooks…so she knows her stuff! She can work with those clients who implement the PROFIT FIRST method as well.
She holds a Masters in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Business Administration w/Teaching Composite from Lamar University-Beaumont.
One of her favorite sayings is, “I love accounting, so you don’t have to!”
We are fortunate to have her knowledge, experience, and passion for our clients!
LESLIE ROBERTS, B.A.
PROJECT MANAGER, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Leslie’s dedication is stellar.
She has a heart to serve and her attention to detail and follow through, she is a huge asset to our team.
Leslie joined us in December of 2022, but she has had the pleasure of working directly with Frances and her team for 5 years and is delighted to become a part of serving mental health clinicians. She is ready to make an immediate positive impact with the help and collaboration of the team.
Leslie studied Information Systems at San Diego State University for her Bachelor’s degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, at the top of her class.
She has experience with website design, iPhone/iPad repairs, technical troubleshooting, and business management. In her more recent position, she was responsible for managing the highest-paying customers, government relations, health agreements, commissions, and implementations.
Leslie has traveled to over 15 different countries and has dual US and Italian citizenship. In her free time, Leslie loves to go for a hike, to the beach and loves to travel.
VANESSA LAWSON, DoO
BILLER, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Vanessa is passionate about partnering with therapists in solo and group practices to experience greater ease and efficiency in managing their practice.
She thrives on organizing all the behind-the-scene details and curating systems that work for practice owners and those who use them. She brings over 20 years of combined and multi-faceted administrative, management, and leadership experience to private practice.
She is a certified Director of Operations through The Ops Authority and a Simple Practice expert - handling your client billing with efficiency and ease! One of her favorite sayings is "The best system is the one that works for YOU."
Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She finds harmony through reading, gardening, hiking, and going on adventures with her family in their RV.
SARAH MOLCHAN
INTAKE SPECIALIST, TRAINER, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Sarah has the natural ability to connect to people, listen, assess their needs, and make sure they are well cared for. She is fun yet brings a professional spirit to all she does and has successfully brought her professional skills and is a great asset to our team.
Supervisor and Management roles in her history have made for handling of large and busy clients. Her past responsibilities include overseeing call centers, training new employees, assembling training materials, developing policies and procedures, all while providing superior Customer Service.
Her mad skills and experience has allowed her to become a diplomatic problem solver, to find the best solution for all parties involved while balancing sensitivity and understanding to those who are struggling.
She enjoys studying Tudor history and world literature (especially poetry). She also loves to go camping in her off-time and is a big fan of the NBA (Gooo Lakers) . Her favorite thing to do to relax is to hang out with her dog Dodger, “watch a game” or “read a good book.” We are fortunate to have Sarah on the team ! Sarah is HIPAA Certified!
BEN HARVEY
PROJECT MANAGER and CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR
Ben has the heart to help and serve those around he and in his work. He has a background of serving in the military for over 12 years, in leadership positions and top secret projects and information over the years.
With his experience skills and knowledge, he serves our clients who have a large volume of processing and struggle with the time to complete the daily tasks.
Ben is also the Project Manager for a brand new company and website coming soon that will be an amazing tool for mental health clinicians. We are hoping to launch sometime in the near future.
Ben lives in Germany and - by now you may have guessed he is the son of Rollie and Frances.
When he is not working, Ben has a passion for photography, riding motorcycles, and cooking with his 9-year-old daughter - Lilly Mae.
ROSIE AVILA, B.A. in progress
INTAKE SPECIALIST, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Rosie has a passion for life and a kind spirit. She wants to know how she can best help others around her. With her cheerful and team-player spirit, she is a huge blessing and asset to our team.
In her work experience of more than 12 years, she has helped people in retail to culinary to assist adults with special needs. You can see the pattern of her desire to serve others.
In addition, Rosie has challenged the world of bill collecting, but I assure you that she did it with much care in her heart.
She is currently attending Long Beach City College online in Zoom and will be transferring to a University to complete her Bachelor's degree.
Rosie lives with her family and in her spare time loves to travel and try new things. Her latest interest and relaxing activities are spending time in botanical gardens and reading those wonderful British Novels.
JARED LOWERY
INTAKE SPECIALIST, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Jared comes with multiple years of professional customer service and a heart to serve.
Being extremely motivated he strives to do his best and is always looking to help others and offer encouragement and motivation to his peers.
Jared is currently enrolled in IT cybersecurity courses along with Real Estate at West Los Angeles College and continuing to broaden his education and knowledge in today's working world.
In addition to serving others and being an advocate for those who need support, he owns and operates a photography business with active clients and multiple projects in the works which include short films, directing, and more.
Jared enjoys hanging out with family and friends, trying new food, and bike riding in his spare time.
TYARA MINNIS, A.A., B.A. in progress
INTAKE SPECIALIST, HIPAA CERTIFIED
Guided by her mother's mantra of "Pass it forward," Tyara is dedicated to giving back to her community. Being an advocate for mental health and helping people is at the top of her list.
Her passion for building meaningful connections, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional customer service have made her a valuable addition to our team.
Tyara is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts with a minor in Communications at California State University Long Beach. She thrives on creativity and leads her life as a student inside and outside the classroom.
One of Tyara's favorite achievements was being able to direct her very own show at a local theater that showcased talents within the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the diversity of the culinary scene in Long Beach and participating in art classes at the local library. On the weekends you'll often find Tyara on stage at open mics and festivals across Southern California, showcasing her talent for stand-up comedy. Most importantly, she treasures her weekends spent indoors cuddling her cat "Kimchi".
