A little bit of history!

Only 2 months into the new business of My Solution Services, Frances quickly realized…”WHOA… this is way bigger than just me.  I need help!”  (probably how you are feeling right now)
So, she started building a team.  Fast forward to today, 10 years later and there is a bunch of us now!

We are here to serve YOU!

Our passion is to bring old-fashioned customer service, quality, integrity, and honesty to all we do.  We desire to bring you help, hope, and relief that you do NOT have to keep doing this all on your own.  Just as Frances needed help and support to grow her business, so did you.

How do we choose our team?

Our team is carefully and strategically hand-picked.  We don’t hire just to have warm bodies, we hire those who…

HIPAA Compliant?

We take our work seriously and that means understanding what your needs are as well. We know that you are regulated by state boards and that means you must adhere to the HIPAA laws as well as all that is involved in your practice. 

This includes your relationship with outside services (of any kind). So we have taken the extra step to ensure we are HIPAA compliant as well.  Every two years our team does a course and testing to be HIPAA Certified. In addition, we strive to make sure we use all programs and software that is HIPAA compliant or provides a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

When you work with us, you will automatically receive a signed BAA that covers the company and each member.
