I have been encouraging and helping people see their own life potential and to move forward for over 30 years.

My gift of encouragement, listening and helping others comes natural and my passion is to see people live the life that was purposed for them, as well as assisting them in their practice as an Online Business Manager.

I am a Professional Certified Coach and love to be a part in assisting others in finding and attaining their goals in life and business and watching them grow and thrive.

Being the Director for one of the largest professional counseling centers in Southern California for 8 years, I  know what it takes to create and run a successful private practice or group center – and having the right support team is an important key. Overseeing a staff of licensed and pre-licensed therapists and over 40 satellite locations throughout the Southland, I have been providing professional services to therapists for over 11 years and skilled in connecting with potential clients who call looking for quality professional counseling services. Having been in the mental health field for a long time, I know the support and care clinicians need and want to maintain, grow and thrive in their private practice.

Understanding the importance of the business component to private practice and being successful, I specialize in and provide valuable services and results, information and training to therapists all over the world giving them back time and peace of mind to do the healing work they are called to do.

I have been married for 33 years – to my best friend and father of our two sons, “Opa” to our granddaughter and our 3 furry children. We enjoy traveling, camping and being with family and friends. And…. I LOVE LOVE LOVE PURPLE!

Director of Information Technology “IT”

Stefanie oversees Websites, Social Media Management, email Marketing and more for My Solution Services. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree specializing in Computer Science and was trained as an IT-Specialist in Germany from 2003 until 2006. Steffi worked at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg for seven years, resigning in 2010 to start a business of her own.
Being responsible for managing the IT team and providing services as the System Administrator, Stefanie has knowledge, skills and experience building and maintaining computer systems, websites and more.
Stefanie is also an entrepreneur, having a video editing business while in Germany, as well as Create Better Bits which provided services installing systems with software, setting up new systems for individuals and businesses, and analyzing and troubleshooting everything from personal PC to Network systems.
Stefanie is our WordPress and Square Space guru and for the last 17 years she has worked in the world of computer science and knows the ins and the outs and then some and is a great asset to our team. With her attention to detail and a keen eye, Stefanie creates websites that look and work with a top notch quality. Her motto is…“We Create Websites People Can Find”

Information Technology “IT” Specialist

Danielle is the newest member of the MSS team and is quite possibly the most diverse. She began her career as an Army Officer in 2007 and served in the Air Defense Artillery branch for 7 years, where she was promoted to the rank of Captain. 
Danielle has been awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in IT Management from Trident University. With vast experience in military operations, sales, and technology, she is a valued member of the team.  
She was stationed at Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Sill, OK, and Ft. Bragg, NC and served a combat tour of duty overseas in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Once her service obligation was up, she began a family with her husband, Frank, a Warrant Officer in the US Army.
Danielle and her husband have two children: Joseph who is 3 yrs. and Annabella is 1 yr. Besides her role as an IT Specialist, Danielle’s heart and passion are spending time with her husband and kids.

Administration Specialist

Mari has an extensive background in customer service and uses her skills, experience, and compassion to help others. Mari believes a positive attitude is a vital asset for success. She also believes it’s all about perspective — if you change the way you look at things and put a positive spin on it, you will get through the challenges you face. Mari has been able to apply this philosophy to her everyday life and feels blessed for the opportunities she has been given.
While living in Florida, Mari completed her degree in Business Administration where she met her husband. Her plan was to return to northern Virginia after finishing school, but things changed. Instead, she went west and was married in San Diego, CA which is now one of Mari’s favorite cities.
Mari has had the pleasure of living in several different places in the U.S., is happily married, has two beautiful daughters and two adorable dogs.  She enjoys reading, traveling, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
With her degree in Business Admin, Mari is a great fit and keeps My Solution Services running smoothly and provides priceless support for Frances and the team.

SARAH MOLCHAN
Phones and Scheduling Specialist, Trainer

As a Supervisor and in Management roles for several Lenders from her previous career, Sarah has been responsible for overseeing a call center staff, training new employees, assembling training materials, developing Policy and Procedures and Best Practices, all while providing superior Customer Service.  Sarah has the natural ability to connect to people on the phone, listen and assess their needs and make sure they are well cared for.  She is fun yet brings a professional spirit to all she does and has successfully brought her professional skills and has become a great asset to our team.
Prior to joining the My Solution Services team, Sarah had 18 years of experience in Mortgage Loan Servicing, specializing in Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, and Loss Mitigation.  Her expertise lies in Loss Mitigation, which is a department within a financial institution that specializes in providing “workouts” to those who have a home in foreclosure and need assistance in getting back on track.  This includes everything from Repayment Plans to Underwrite in order to modify the customer’s loan and many other alternatives offered in lieu of a foreclosure. This has allowed her to become a diplomatic problem solver, who can find the best solution for all parties involved while balancing a sensitivity and understanding to those who are struggling financially.
As an Ombudsman who represented an Assistant Vice President, her primary responsibility was drafting all written correspondence on behalf of the AVP, addressing customer complaints as well as conducting an unbiased audit of the complaint; to ensure there was no wrong-doing on the part of the Lender.  This position developed her skills in corporate letter writing and led to a position as an Auditor working for a firm contracted by the Comptroller of the Currency.

She enjoys studying Tudor history as well as world literature (especially poetry).  She also loves to go camping in her off-time and is a big fan of the NBA (her team is the Lakers) and her favorite thing to do to relax is to “kick back and watch a game” or “read a good book.”   We are fortunate to have Sarah on the team of My Solution Services!


 

LANIE SCHABER, A.A., B.A.

Lanie is passionate about her work and will diligently provide outstanding service to meet each individual client need. She has a customer-centric attitude and feels successful when she helps others achieve results. Lanie says “I enjoy empathizing, connecting, and finding solutions for others”. According to Lanie, an empathetic heart has always been her natural gift. She is dependable and strives to deliver perfected work in all she does.Lanie carries two degrees – an A.A. in Speech Communication and a B.S. Environmental Science. She was awarded Highest Honors on Dean’s List and as a top achiever, her biggest accomplishment is the academic research she conducted which focused on alternative energy annotating Environmental Impact Assessments.
With her Associate’s degree in Communication and along with the Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, with a focus on Regional and Community Planning and Development, Lanie is a person of integrity who holds herself to the utmost standards practicing professionalism and courtesy in every client communication.
Lanie has held Business Support, Supervisory, Training, and Sales Management roles throughout her career and is a highly motivated self-starter and possesses an enthusiastic energy. Sales came naturally to Lanie early on in her career and she believes that “kindness” and building relationships have been the foundational skill behind her success.
Being a volunteer in her community is very important and her work includes Toys for Tots, Changing Gaits non-profit, and Frederick Christian Fellowship, as well as her local yoga studio.
Lanie believes that we are the “Land of the free because of the brave”. Lanie has dreams to travel the world and one day set up a tiny house. As an East Coast native, she has since fallen in love with sunny California. She is passionate about yoga, veganism, and backpacking in the Northern California mountains. Lanie has a yellow Labrador who accompanies her on all of her outdoor adventures.


 

EMILY ROBERTS, VIC CERTIFIED

Emily has always been told she was a “people person” for as long as she can remember.  She enjoys working with and helping anyone she encounters. Emily has a degree in both community studies and victimology, graduating as an honors student with each degree.
Holding a Postgraduate Certificate of Victimology, Victim Assistance & Criminal, Emily has studied in Europe with the World Society of Victimology, which helps educate the international community on victim’s issues and rights.
She has spent the last few years working in the social service field at a homeless shelter as a support worker, and with a crisis center as a women’s advocate.  Currently, Emily volunteers as a family readiness assistant with the U.S. Navy. She is originally from Ottawa, Canada and now lives in Washington State with her husband, who is active duty in the U.S. military.
Emily’s compassion, desire to help others, skills, and experience bring a wealth of support to our clients at My Solution Services and having her on our Team is a huge asset.
When Emily is not volunteering, she is exploring Washington State’s incredible outdoors, walking her two dogs, and spending time with friends and family.  Emily has said she feels blessed to be a part of the My Solution Services team![/one_half_last]


 

ROBYN IRELAND, B.S.

As a teenager, Robyn’s mother once told a newspaper that she has the “gift of the gab”. Over many years in sales, management, coaching and training Robyn has developed that gift to be an excellent communicator. Before leaving her homeland of Australia. Robyn was a  Corporate Trainer and Business Consultant for the Australian Retailer’s Association.
Since being in the United States Robyn remains the North American Coordinator for the Southern Cross Group. A non-profit organization that works to promote and educate Australians living overseas on their rights and responsibilities of being an expat. Southern Cross Group, lobbied for seven years so that Australian Citizens could carry Dual Citizenship. Robyn has worked with hundreds of families; especially WWII War Brides who followed US Serviceman back to the USA to enable these women who followed their hearts, to regain Citizenship of their homeland. An aging population and a world of online applications and processes make this at time challenging, to say the least.
But through determination, patience, and kindness Robyn has united families across the globe. She is a volunteer Trainer for her local Habitat for Humanity. Robyn has her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and along with her passion for helping people, this makes Robyn an asset to the My Solution Services team.[/one_half]

JUDY ANN LORENZ
Phones and Scheduling Specialist

Judy’s life continues to bring new and exciting paths of opportunity and growth which have brought her down an exciting path to today.  Her service experience and connection to people developed while working with her family’s business and corresponding activities. Whether being a big sister, babysitter, school librarian, or first contact with real estate clientele, Judy’s life skills, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile, help her effectively communicate and help clients get to the right fit for therapy.
She has worked virtually with Bar JD since 2003, helping others market their wares and talents, via the Internet. Currently, she is involved with a budding project which provides support and encouragement to new authors.  An additional project she is developing involves learning processes for individuals who desire to have English as their second language.
When she’s not at the computer, Judy likes to experiment with ‘mad scientist’ cooking and gardening. Many of the trees in her yard were nurtured from seeds and cuttings or were rescued and transplanted. At the end of the day, her diverse crafting skills allow her to make gifts for friends and family. She loves reading and it brings her the opportunity to review and write about those books she finds both inspiring and encouraging. You can find some her favorite selections at Cardinal Bluff.
For Judy, looking at the big picture means thinking both in and outside the box while noting cracks, windows, and doors that offer a new perspective. She believes a new perspective may lead to constructing a new and richer big picture.  She enjoys corny jokes, puns, subtle humor, and chocolate.  Judy considers herself blessed to be a part of the team and My Solution Services.


 

ASHLEY SCHAUS, A.A., B.A.
Phones and Scheduling Specialist

Ashley, a Pittsburgh native, has a heart for helping others. If someone asks for assistance, it is extremely hard for her to say ‘no’. This includes anything from lending an ear to completing a task. Ashley will always go above and beyond to help her family, friends,  and clients.
She has an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. In addition to her college degrees, Ashley has a Blackbaud Certification in The Raiser’s Edge at the Fundamentals Level and holds a North Carolina real estate license. She also obtained her 200-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training certificate, Warriors At Ease, levels 1 & 2 certificates and iRest Yoga Nidra, Level 1, Teacher-in-Training certificate. Ashley is not afraid to learn.
She is a member of Wounded Warrior Project, as a caregiver, Hearts of Valor, the Fayetteville Walk to End Alzheimer’s Association as the chair of the volunteer committee, and has completed many other volunteer hours.  With the variety of professional and philanthropic work Ashley has done, she is at the top of her game when it comes to customer-centricity, computer literacy, drafting/editing documents, and scheduling.
Ashley lives with her husband, an active-duty soldier, her two cats and a dog. She enjoys being outdoors, whether it be walking on the beach, hiking or reading a book. Ashley’s favorite quote is “The purpose of life is not to be happy. JESSICA ROBBINS, B.S.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University. She has several years’ experience in customer service and loves helping people. Her warm spirit, knowledge, and understanding combined with excellent communication skills makes for Jessica being a perfect fit in offering our clients great services.
Prior to joining the My Solution Services’ team, she was a key person in aiding prospective college students and their families to help them navigate the process of entering college along with the ongoing stresses students experience. If anything tests one’s abilities to have a conversation with a stressed and concerned client, it’s a parent navigating college culture for the first time. She was also Certified in Financial Aid for the Student Assistance Commission. Jessica has held positions as Assistant to Manager, Supervisor, and Mentorship.
Desiring to be of help to each person she encounters, Jessica will go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. We are very grateful to have her on our team.
She enjoys spending time with her dog and exploring local history. She also enjoys geeking out over science fiction/fantasy, especially Harry Potter and Doctor Who.[/one_half_last]


 

 

NINA MC CLEARY, B.A.

Nina loves people! She is very outgoing and has often been told you are one who never meets a stranger.Nina’s long history of customer service alongside her husband in their ministry has given her a good foundation for understanding and helping people on a one-to-one basis.  She is a puzzle-worker and problem solver.In addition to her life experience, Nina has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and continues to work on her master’s in life. She has studied Interpersonal Communications, Business Communications, Principles of Macroeconomics, Organizational Behavior and Development, Sociology, Operations Management, Financial Management, and Business Statistics.Nina loves to read murder mysteries and usually has a pen close by to use correcting the spelling or other mistakes in the book. She has often expressed the wish to proofread the manuscripts before they were printed.She enjoys growing things, baking, photographing nature, singing, spending time with family, and riding a motorcycle with her husband of almost fifty years while traveling with an international motorcycle ministry.Her nickname “Giggles” as a youngster, came from her happy spirit and today Nina still believes life is better served with a laugh or a smile.  We are blessed to have her on the team of My Solution Services.

 

 

CATHERINA ‘CAT’ TOLPA, CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN

Catherine is a hardworking and determined individual. She has an extensive background in Customer Service and enjoys having the ability to help people. Catherine is a great listener and her compassion proves to be an asset to My Solutions Services on a daily basis as she assists clients in getting the help they are seeking.  She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Certified Phlebotomist.
In addition, she is currently attending school to pursue Medical Coding and Billing. Her husband is active in the United States Navy, and they were fortunate to be stationed in her home state. Family is extremely important to both spouses. She prides herself in efficiency and dedication to helping people.
Catherine volunteers at soup kitchens and enjoys volunteering her time to different causes such as, March of Dimes, Lupus Foundation and finding the Cure, and Finding the Cure for Brain Cancer. Her father is a Cancer patient and he is the embodiment of strength, perseverance, and love to her.

MICHAEL WILLIAMS
Insurance Billing Specialist

Michael Williams is the owner of MCM South Medical Billing Services, LLC, and specializes in the insurance needs of mental health professionals in private practice. He works with practice owners across the United States with commercial and governmental insurances. Michael and his team work the complete process from claim submitted all the way through payment for the mental health professional.
With the experience in working with a variety of behavioral health practitioners, he serves as a consultant to business owners in helping them establish business systems for their practice. Michael also assists the Mental Health Professionals in their interaction with insurance providers based on the credentialing status with each insurance payer and helps them understand the terminology and procedures needed to operate a successful practice.
Michael has been a part of the insurance and finance industry for the past 25 years and has held a Financial Security Licenses (FINRA 7,63, 65.)  Passing the exam for the state Insurance Georgia Life, Accident & Sickness and Georgia Variable Products.
Along with his experience of working inside the industry of Insurance and Finance, he is dedicated to assisting providers in navigating the insurance world to maintain profitability for their practice.

EMMA TAYLOR, A.A., B.A.,
Event Planning Specialist

Emma has a natural ability to communicate with people. She enjoys helping people and being a part of the team. With her warm, understanding, fun spirit she is easy to talk with.
Emma carries a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Media Studies from Azusa Pacific University. She graduated with honors which included the Deans Honor List, a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society, as well as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Emma also holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Humanities from Coastline Community College again graduating with honors from the Deans Honor Roll and in the top twenty percent of her class.
Her internships throughout her college years include TED Talks, and she has worked with companies such as LVL Weddings and Events and Rocket Jump Studios. Emma has experience working with PMK*BNC, one of Los Angeles’ largest Public Relations firms, and spent years working with students ranging from ages five to fourteen.
Her diverse work experience allows her to expand upon her natural skills in conflict management, communication, event planning and coordinating, scheduling along with many other valuable life skills.   She is a vital team member for My Solution Services as she contracts with us and helps to plan awesome events as needed. Emma is passionate about working with people, helping them achieve their goals, and with her overachieving attitude, she goes above and beyond in reaching out to help them be successful!.[/one_half_last]
